Melissa's Book Stores' return and refund policy states the following guidelines
Clients may return within 30 days of receiving the product
If must be in its original condition ( ex: not bent, torn, written on, or have water damage )
If the client is unhappy with the product for any reason they will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and taxes
The client must e-mail or call and speak with a customer service representative on or by the 30th day to receive a complete refund
The process of refund will be refunded back to the original payment method and typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in the client's account ( depending on the bank institution )
